Well I was feeling great and thought why not go out running a bit in my Kangoo Jumps. So I was sitting in my chair leaned over to tighten the boots and as I got up, BAM, I felt my back go out on me. So frustrating. Well I have been trying to stay loose all day and not lay around and stiffen up. Hopefully the recovery won't be long.

I have been wearing compression calf sleeves and thought to try and pair of compression socks. So glad I did. These compression socks are well made and very comfortable to wear.
