Awesome Morning!

What a beautiful sunrise! The weather was perfect for riding. Nice and cool. There was a bit of a breeze, but I will take it any day over very hot humid weather! I was very inspired as I saw a rider with 1 arm keeping up with a pack of riders. Impressive! 31.8 miles done!

Beautiful Sunrise! ElliptiGO Kicked My Butt!

What a beautiful morning it was! A bit of a breeze. but it felt great. This is my first morning in a while seeing the sunrise at the beach. I just love it. Good workout overall although I felt out of shape and the ElliptiGO is not shy to let you know that :). 30.1 mile ride!

Beautiful Day! Who Said We Don't Have any incline in Florida?

Wow, what incredible weather today! First day in a long time that just felt so comfortable out. I would have loved to go for a long ride, but I am trying to be cautious with my back issues right now. 21.6 miles done!

Who says we have no incline here in Fla. Time to climb Mount Spanish River Bridge. Bring it! HA!
