Ready...Set...Kangoo Jumps Run

Time for a nice run. Great workout! No one will notice my Kangoo Jumps, so I thought I would make it a colorful run.

Beautiful Day For A Kangoo Jumps Run

What an incredible day for a Kangoo Jumps run! I ended up doing about 5 miles between walking and mostly running. I am still having issues with my left hip flexor. With continued running and stretching/strengthening exercises, the pain will subside. Regardless, it is one heck of a workout.

My First Kangoo Jumps Run Test

Just got done running 3 miles with the Kangoo Jumps (http://amzn.to/1rFJMwY) for the first time. I am one with back issues and I would say my back took a short bit to get used to running on them, but as a went along, I felt more comfortable. I did feel some tightness, but it's probably just tight and should loosen up over time. They sure are fun!!
