Met a friend this morning to see the sunrise on top of Stone Mountain. It was a beautiful morning although a little chilly and breezy. The view does not get old.

Last Morning Sunrise Before Morning To Altanta GA!
Well it's a bitter sweet feeling. I am leaving this beautiful weather for a very exciting new career in Atlanta, Ga. I will miss seeing these amazing sunrises.

Awesome Morning!
What a beautiful sunrise! The weather was perfect for riding. Nice and cool. There was a bit of a breeze, but I will take it any day over very hot humid weather! I was very inspired as I saw a rider with 1 arm keeping up with a pack of riders. Impressive! 31.8 miles done!

Beautiful Sunrise! ElliptiGO Kicked My Butt!
What a beautiful morning it was! A bit of a breeze. but it felt great. This is my first morning in a while seeing the sunrise at the beach. I just love it. Good workout overall although I felt out of shape and the ElliptiGO is not shy to let you know that :). 30.1 mile ride!

I got to use the Kaddy Rack: www.kaddyrack.com for the first time. Love how my Bubba water bottle is now higher up, so I don't have to lean forward to drink out of it.

Well The Day Started With a Great Sunrise And Then.....Rain!!!
Well the day started off so promising and then, BAM! The heavy rains came! Not a dry bone on my body! Then I get home to find out I have a hole in my tire. Lucky I did not get another flat when I was riding today!
Finished with 19.88 miles.
Thanks to my Da Brim Rezzo to protect my face from the rain!

Great Morning Ride!
Great ride as I got to wear what I call the holy grail X-Bionic Fennec Shirt. It reflects the suns rays! As hot as it was out, I felt great. 47.3 miles done.

Great Morning Ride!
Fantastic sunrise! I got to wear my X-Bionic shorts for the first time. Simply incredible! Words do not do justice! I got a surprise photo sent to me. Another ElliptiGO rider has a friend who lives in South Florida, took this picture of me riding. It came out great! Ken, does nice photography work!
