With having back issues, I was very intrigued to try this product. I have to say it is very interesting. It provides good support to the next and is very comfortable. I was able to sit with it for a while and never felt irritated. It really felt like I was getting excellent next support. The neck piece is connected to the frame with velcro that stayed on well. The cover is cotton that is very comfortable with a memory material underneath. The rest of the product is very flexible and bendable, so you can find the right position you are looking to use it in.
