Great Kangoo Jumps Workout Weekend

The weekend was beautiful for a Kangoo Jumps workout! Saturday I ran around the water and did 3 miles and Sunday I decided to go to the beach in Delray Beach, FL and it was so beautiful out. I tried running on the sand for the first time. Even walking on the beach with the Kangoo Jumps, makes it for an incredible workout!

My First Kangoo Jumps Run Test

Just got done running 3 miles with the Kangoo Jumps (http://amzn.to/1rFJMwY) for the first time. I am one with back issues and I would say my back took a short bit to get used to running on them, but as a went along, I felt more comfortable. I did feel some tightness, but it's probably just tight and should loosen up over time. They sure are fun!!

My Maiden 11R Ride

Well, I got all my gear on the new 11R and understand it is suppose to rain tomorrow, I have not been on any ElliptiGO in over a week and really excited to ride the new GO. It was fantastic to ride an nice new quiet ElliptiGO! It took some getting used to with the gear change, but was not too bad. 14.5 miles done!

Beautiful Morning Ride! The sunrise was absolutely fantastic! 33.30 mile ride!

I got to use the Kaddy Rack: www.kaddyrack.com for the first time. Love how my Bubba water bottle is now higher up, so I don't have to lean forward to drink out of it.
