What a great way to end the day! 3.5 miles done. With me going through a transition career wise and looking for a full time job through the day, this is a great way to clear my mind and get an amazing workout!
Hard to believe the bathing suit on the right was the same color and size as the brand new one on the left. Shows you what Chlorine does not only to clothing, but imagine what it does to our skin. I swim laps ever week, so I do get quite a lot of use out of it.
The weekend was beautiful for a Kangoo Jumps workout! Saturday I ran around the water and did 3 miles and Sunday I decided to go to the beach in Delray Beach, FL and it was so beautiful out. I tried running on the sand for the first time. Even walking on the beach with the Kangoo Jumps, makes it for an incredible workout!

What a crisp cool weekend it was for a Kangoo Jumps workout. I can't believe it started to snow. Ha. No it did not snow, but sure felt cold enough.
