Cloudy Windy Morning Ride

While it was a very cloudy and windy morning ride, I enjoyed it as it was not nearly as hot as many morning rides can be. I will take the windy rides from time to time rather than the hot heat! 33.23 miles done!

Stopped along the way in Delray Beach to take a look at the Atlantic Ocean. The waves were a bit choppy this morning.

Great Morning Ride!

Feels so good to be back riding the ElliptiGO after going all week without riding as I had no AC and had to stay in a hotel. So glad I get up early as it gets so hot! Love my X-Bionic Fennec Shirt to keep my body cooler too! 

Rode up the the Boynton Beach Pier and back to Boca! The pink building on the bottom picture is the Boca Raton Resort. 42.6 miles done!

105 Degree Heat Index Ride! Got To Love South Florida Summer Weather!

Well I was ready to GO and it looked like it was going to rain so I waited. I finally went. Not the coolest day (105 degree heat index), but I managed to get through it. Thanks to my X-Bionic Fennec shirt! Amazing technology how it keeps the body cooler! 14.52 miles done!

 

Ahh, back in the AC! Now time to jump in the pool!

Colorful Saturday Morning Ride!

Beautiful Morning Ride! The sunrise was absolutely fantastic! 33.30 mile ride!

I got to use the Kaddy Rack: www.kaddyrack.com for the first time. Love how my Bubba water bottle is now higher up, so I don't have to lean forward to drink out of it.

Well The Day Started With a Great Sunrise And Then.....Rain!!!

Well the day started off so promising and then, BAM! The heavy rains came! Not a dry bone on my body! Then I get home to find out I have a hole in my tire. Lucky I did not get another flat when I was riding today!

Finished with 19.88 miles.

Fantastic sunrise! I got to wear my X-Bionic shorts for the first time. Simply incredible! Words do not do justice! I got a surprise photo sent to me. Another ElliptiGO rider  has a friend who lives in South Florida, took this picture of me riding. It came out great! Ken, does nice photography work!

Great morning ride. Was especially excited about this ride to try out my new X-Bionic Shirt Trick Shirt (http://amzn.to/1GuwtoP) Wow, incredible technology. I never wore anything as amazing as this shirt was. While I rode in very hot conditions, the shirt helped me keep my body cooler. Thank goodness as well that I had a lot of fluids with me. Completed 63 miles.
