The weekend was beautiful for a Kangoo Jumps workout! Saturday I ran around the water and did 3 miles and Sunday I decided to go to the beach in Delray Beach, FL and it was so beautiful out. I tried running on the sand for the first time. Even walking on the beach with the Kangoo Jumps, makes it for an incredible workout!

Great Workout

Unfortunately I forgot to charge my watch, but I know I did about 3 miles. I was a little worried about my back as it got a little tight this week, but I felt great! Oh how I love the Kangoo Jumps!!
