Ouch...There Goes My Back

Well I was feeling great and thought why not go out running a bit in my Kangoo Jumps. So I was sitting in my chair leaned over to tighten the boots and as I got up, BAM, I felt my back go out on me. So frustrating. Well I have been trying to stay loose all day and not lay around and stiffen up.  Hopefully the recovery won't be long.

Compression Socks
