My Chlesterol Went Down 39 Point in 3 Months - What Am I Eating?

I was so thrilled today when I heard my Cholesterol level went down from 232 to 193 in about 3 months. I am NOT taking any Cholesterol medications by the way. I have not been exercising much because of my back issues, so clearly my eating habits have helped to contribute to my Cholesterol levels going down.
