How to use:
a. Count down
1. Set the desired time by pressing the M and S buttons
2. Another way to set the time is by long press the M button for 3 seconds, the number will automatically change.
3. Press ST/SP button to start the count down.
b. Count up
1. Press M and S buttons together, display will show "00.00"
2. Press ST/SP button to start counting.
c. To stop alarm
Press ST/SP button
d. To clear display
Press M and S button together
e. To pause your timer
1. While it is counting up/down, press ST/SP button once
2. Press ST/SP button again to continue counting up/down.
