I had been hearing more and more about meditation, so I thought tonight why don't I give it a try. I turned off the lights, computer monitors, sat on the floor and listened to this video while trying to focus on my breathing for 20 minutes. There were a few occasions that I started thinking of something else, but when I did, I stopped myself and went back to focusing on my breathing. I have to say it is so relaxing. I am going to learn more and more about meditation and especially Transcendental Meditation. If you have any suggestions or want to share your experiences, please comment below.
