If you are looking for a healthy energy alternative pureLYFT is one you many want to consider. It is energy in a a stick. It has given me a nice level of energy for about 4 hours, give or take. No shakes and no crash. The only challenge I have had is that it has made me go to the bathroom frequently due to my hyper bladder. As far as flavor goes, there is not much of one.
