I have had an opportunity to swim laps with the Diver mp3-FM with display and with out display. I really enjoyed the experience of both product. I swim early mornings (6 AM) and listen to my favorite morning show with really keeps me entertained. I do on occasion switch to my favorite music on the mp3 setting, so I get the best of both worlds.

What an incredible day for a Kangoo Jumps run! I ended up doing about 5 miles between walking and mostly running. I am still having issues with my left hip flexor. With continued running and stretching/strengthening exercises, the pain will subside. Regardless, it is one heck of a workout.

Phillips does not make my model anymore, but recommend a wake up light to wake and go to sleep with. It will create and dusk and sunrise effect. It is awesome. You will love it. Falling asleep can be a challenge. With the dusk effect, it will help you fall asleep fast. In the mornings, you will love waking up to the sunrise effect. It will allow you to get up much easier and potentially eliminate the need to press that snooze button. Once you start falling asleep and waking easier, you will feel better.

Just got done running 3 miles with the Kangoo Jumps (http://amzn.to/1rFJMwY) for the first time. I am one with back issues and I would say my back took a short bit to get used to running on them, but as a went along, I felt more comfortable. I did feel some tightness, but it's probably just tight and should loosen up over time. They sure are fun!!
