Last Weeks Steps!

Last weeks steps did not amount to as many as the week before, but non-the less, still a good week. Total # of steps: 72,238. I encourage you take a break every hour of the day to take 5 minutes an walk the steps in your building, around your floor or go outside.  It is motivating and will make the day fly by.

I use the Garmin VivoActive to track my steps.
